(1) When requesting documents to prove the economic and financial capacity of the bidder in the documents related to the bid, the local body may request any or all of the following documents according to the nature of the construction work:-
(a) Statement of his position,
(b) financial statement of his business transactions,
(c) Balance sheet showing details of his assets, liabilities and profit and loss,
(d) Other matters revealing his economic and financial status,
(e) Other details mentioned in the tender documents.
(2) When requesting the balance sheet according to clause (c) of sub-rule (1), the balance sheet of the last two to five financial years may be requested according to the nature of the work.
